My Story

My name is Ayshalee. I started sewing in 2022, inspired by my best friend Ulya. My very first make was a tote bag with a Star Wars fat quarter and a plain cream pillowcase! I was hooked. I went home and dusted off my mums old sewing machine – a vintage Singer 5102. I had to buy a new control pedal for it but it still worked perfectly.

I soon moved onto sewing dresses and clothes, taught myself dressmaking and gained qualifications in garment construction.
