I am going to start a blog series about sewing my own wedding dress. I’m getting married in literally three months and the only thing I’ve done is ironed my fabric.
My initial idea is a corset top and a gathered A-line skirt with a train. I’m going to make them separates so that I can switch up the look for the evening. My ceremony skirt will be long with a train and the evening skirt will be short.
The fabric I chose is a Vera Wang 100% silk faille in Antique White from MoodFabrics.com.
